'Beautiful home, beautiful location, great view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom. Very responsive property manager, answered all my questions in a timely manner. Definitely need a 4x4 vehicle to make it up the hills to the house. Well kept. Modern inside. Dishes and cooking things all stocked. My only comment would be that this house is not a 5 min walk from the beach like it says. Its about a 5 to 7 minute drive down the hills and a little road driving. No complaints otherwise.'

'We loved the apartment and having two pools was great. The beach was a very short walk across the road and down a trail and there are restaurants on the doorstep. Santa Teresa is the perfect surf and yoga town, has a good healthy lifestyle feel about it and feels safe. We loved being able to walk back and forth to the beach so if one person had enough of the beach they didn't have to wait for the whole family. 'This property was absolutely beautiful! Looked just as it did in all the pictures. We traveled from Florida a family of 5, two 10 year olds and one 7. 'This was a great stay. Less than 5 min to the beach, there is a dirt path across the street. Everyone who tends to the property is so very helpful. We arrived way later than planned and Richard was so accommodating. He even carried our bags up. The place was super cute, pool was a great way to end the day. Prima hotel met zwembad in centrum Montezuma!
"Leuk kleinschalig hotel middenin Montezuma. Als je de straat over steekt, sta je zo op het strand. Restaurantjes liggen letterlijk om de hoek. Grote kamers met koelkastje en AC. Hangmat voor iedere deur. Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker zwembad met genoeg ligbedjes. Gratis thee en koffie en snacks bij receptie af te halen. Het enige nadeel is dat de kamers in het houten gedeelte heel gehorig zijn. Je kunt elkaar letterlijk verstaan. Wij hadden overall geluk met buren die zachtjes praatten. Verder is er tot 01:30 uur muziek te horen van live bandjes in omliggende restaurants, maar dat geldt ook voor andere accommodaties in het centrum. Tip: neem oordoppen mee. Hebben wij ook gedaan nav vorige reviews en dan heb je daar geen last van. "
