'LaFaya is a great rural house for a family wanting to explore Asturias and Picos de Europa. We were a family of ten with children and this house was perfect for our needs. The children loved the outdoor areas and sheep nearby, and there were plenty of spaces in the house for all to spread out, play games, or read quietly. There was a large table in the room off the kitchen where all of us could sit comfortably to eat together. The house is charmingly decorated and the outdoor spaces beautiful ....

'Highly recommended. The house is very comfortable and very clean, with a nice swimming pool. Good walks in the immediate neighbourhood and the Picos de Europa nearby, as well as some of Asturias' most beautiful pre-Romanic churches (near Oviedo). The owner and his family have been a great help. Our car had broken down and what our insurance could not fix within a week, they organized in five minutes. Many thanks again!'

'Het is een eenzame plek maar wel heel mooi en sereen. Ook een goede uitvalsbasis naar zowel de Picos als de kust.'

'No se me comunico al.hacer la reserva que aunque hiciera frio no se podía encender la calefacción porque no entraba en el precio de la estancia. En el anuncio incluia la calefacción sin ninguna norma al respecto. Cobran 10 euros por día que se usa. '

'Heerlijke plek om te verblijven en de Picos te verkennen. Ruimte genoeg voor 2 personen en met smaak ingericht. Ligging langs de doorgaande weg is een minpuntje.'

'We loved our stay here. The house was very comfortable with everything that we needed and a lovely garden to relax in when we weren’t out and about. The town of Cangas was just right for us. Enough shops, cafes and restaurants to have a good choice, but the town was not too big or touristy. There was a lovely buzz along the pedestrian area where the bars are, which made wandering down for a relaxed drink in the evening a pleasure. The location is also very central for exploring all of the Picos...

'We had such a peaceful stay, all you could hear were the cow bells. Such a wonderful view and even when the weather was inclement we could sit and watch the clouds roll by. A perfect getaway! '
