'What We Liked: Al was incredibly helpful and friendly during check-in and check-out (bravo!). The balconies overlooking the beach and water were really nice. The elevator was a pleasant amenity. Room is clean, but dated. What We Wish Was Better: There wasn’t a pool (no surprise, but next time I’ll look for one). 'The reception clerk was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. I did not use the microwave so I have no idea if it functions properly. The AC was incredibly loud but then again, better have one than not in the summer. Otherwise it was quiet through the night. Takes a few minutes for the hot water in the shower.'
