« The communication from the host was positive, and in depth info allowed for a seamless arrival and access to the property. The property overall was comfortable and in a good location, and had all necessary appliances and additional items you would need for a short or lengthy stay. The location was great, and in a perfect spot to access the beach. Besides this, there were a few things we noticed. Firstly, the pillows in the second bedroom were way too thick to be used, and we had to replace them...

« View was ok. Other buildings blocked ocean. Room was decent, renovated from an old apartment. Tiles on the floor in the shower are VERY slippery. Careful! Couch was dirty and had some stains on it, but room was otherwise clean. Seemed expensive for what it was, but being a large room near the beach in Burleigh, it was probably priced accordingly. »

« Great little place to stay, everything was clean, tidy and very modern. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The washing machine was a awesome bonus!. Great location to get around. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and very accommodating for any needs. Highly recommend. »

« Downs stairs construction started at 6am every morning Monday to Saturday which woke my 2 month old and 12 month old every morning. As my toddler crawled around the floor her knees and hands and legs turned black due to unclean floors even after vacuuming the floor several times. There was no convenient parking to get both my children out making it difficult to get them to and from the apartment especially at night time. Would not recommend for a family with younger children »
