Just west of Cleveland, tucked away in a charming town, you'll find The Red House Lake House—a rare and iconic lakefront retreat. From the backyard, you can see the Cleveland skyline across the water, yet you're far enough from the city to enjoy complete peace and quiet. Whether you're here for a family getaway or an extended business stay, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and connection to nature.

As you cruise down Lake Road from the east or west, you'll pass a beautiful mix of homes with unique architecture that feels like a journey through different regions of the world. And then, you’ll arrive—The Red House Lake House greets you with its original siding and nostalgic charm.



🏡Step Inside



Entering the home, you’ll immediately feel a sense of warmth and history. The open-concept kitchen and living area is perfect for gathering. Stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and ample counter space make it easy to cook a big family meal. The cozy wrap-around couch faces a mounted Roku TV, ready for you to stream your favorite shows using your own accounts.



Gleaming hardwood floors add to the character, and just off the main living area is a sunroom—an inviting space to sip coffee, read a book, or simply admire the third-best lake view in the house.



🛏️Upstairs Comfort for the Whole Family



All three bedrooms are located upstairs. As you reach the second floor, the first room to your right is the cheerful bunk room—perfect for kids, with four beds and a whimsical little nook for playing or relaxing.



Straight ahead is the master bedroom featuring a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower, and a private sunroom with the second-best lake view in the house. Step out from the sunroom onto the upstairs patio to feel the breeze, hear the waves, and watch the sunset.



Further down the hall is the serene guest bedroom, complete with a queen bed, a quiet nook for reading, and its own access to the patio.



In addition to the master bath, there are two more full bathrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs—for added convenience.

Guests will have access to the entire Lake House. Certain areas will be locked as they lead to the utility areas and storage closets.

We can have as little or as much contact as you need. Some of our guests prefer limited contact, and some choose to reach out when they need information about the area and home.
