'One of the BEST stays we have had! The property is just as described, but the best part is the close proximity to downtown Dahlonega, hikes, wineries, and more but a short drive back to the property which instantly brings you back to quiet serenity and solitude! The space is cozy and well equipped with all necessities and we enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Water pressure in the shower was excellent which is important for thick, curly hair!We will absolutely stay again!'

'Will is a wonderful host. He is very welcoming and responsive. We were there due to a family emergency, and he was so helpful and accommodating. The house is a perfectly appointed cottage with everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is also very clean. The setting is beautiful with the creek in the back yard and a lovely outdoor area with a deck, fire pit, chairs and hanging lanterns. We wish our circumstances had allowed us the chance to enjoy the outdoor area, but that...

'We have stayed at Charming Beaver several times and it never disappoints. It has everything we need and always enjoy breathtaking views, hot tub and great porch just sit and relax. The only recommendation I would have is to try and get rid of the large spiders on the side outside of screened in porch. The web was huge along with several f the spiders. We will be back next year!
