... Located in Clermont (near Orlando, FL), the estate includes a mini golf course, sports courts, fishing, Connect 4 Basketball, waterslide, waterfall pool, skeeball, indoor rock climbing wall, beautiful tree-covered grounds and even motorized carousel rides (for kids)!

The space
The Ever After Estate 62 acre island is a VERY private & unique property. It's been featured on HGTV's "Most Outrageous Homes in America," AOL/Time-Warners "Dream Vacation Homes," The Today Show's site, and written about in countless travel-related publications!

The property is located in the heart of a State-protected conservation area where you can spend hours wandering the island's incredibly scenic & peaceful 62 acres or awaken your "inner child" with its dozens of larger-than-life games & thrilling diversions like the property's superfast waterslide! There's also fishing, mini golf, horseshoes, an indoor rock climbing wall, a slide into the "ballpit," a luxurious movie theater, "Connect Four Basketball," lots of hammocks swinging in breezes beneath gorgeous trees, motorized carousel horse rides, and even a 126" motorized screen by the pool w/ a high-def projector for incredible night time movies under the stars!!

The smaller of the two guest houses has an impeccably designed living room & a full kitchen while the larger guest house has a kitchenette. The smaller guest house also includes the Rocky Bedroom (w/ King Sized bed custom-built to look like a boxing ring!), the Royal Suite, and the "James Bond" room (the one shown w/ the mahogany trim and dark green walls). The other 7 bedrooms are all in the larger guest house w/ the movie theater, arcade, & ballpit. The two guest houses are right next to each other and you'll have them all to your selves!

In total, there are 10 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms. These 2 extremely private guest homes are hidden more than 200 feet away from the property's 'main house' --and are separated from the main house by the mini golf course and lots of gorgeous shady trees. Other than at your check-in greeting, you won't even see the owners (who live in the MAIN house) unless you need/ask for assistance with anything during your stay!

The MAXIMUM sleeping capacity for this listing is 26 people but if you're staying 3 or more nights, you can inquire about the possibility* of hosting larger events (ie small weddings, for example) with up to 50 people on site for an event fee of $885+tax.

The 10 bedrooms have beds for up to 20 people.
There is also a futon, a couch w/ a pull-out bed, and 4 rollaways or trifolds -- w/ all linens provided-- making the max. sleeping capacity 26.


If you research "The Ever After Estate," you'll find tons of info about the property and some will emphasize renting the entire island inclusive of the owner's "main house" for about twice the rate shown here. During summer months & holidays, the ENTIRE 62 acre island is rented to larger groups (of up to 43 people) for as much as $2.5-3k per night. In fact, until 2024...there was no way to see this unique private island without renting it out in its entirety for that price. Historically, the owners would only rent it out when they went away on vacation (most of June, July, parts of August, and major holidays or out-of-town family events). However, as their kids (who grew up at the estate) have gone off to college, Belinda & Andrew (the owners) decided to open up these two unused guest houses to a wider range of people so that they too could have a chance to experience this 'slice of paradise' island --often for less than 1200 per night!

If you zoom in, you'll see the locations of the main house and guest houses marked off-- As you can see, the guest houses that you stay in are off in their own area with plenty of trees and landscape keeping them completely private. Pool/Hot tub heating is available for a small fee. Main house pool is available until 10:30pm.

Completely and easily accessible by car!

Full, private and exclusive use of our private 62 acre island's 7 bedroom guest house, a 3 bedroom guest house, and a standalone cabana bathroom.

You'll have a full kitchen indoors, a kitchenette, movie theater, arcade, some gym equipment, and lots of living area/space plus use of your choice of 1 of 2 huge outdoor kitchens (one by the pool and one by the guest houses).

Outdoors, you'll have access to the pool, waterslide, mini golf course, basketball court, indoor rock climbing wall, ballpit room, Connect Four Basketball, cornhole, carousel rides, marsh for fishing, & more.

Owners are out of view... nearly 350 feet away in the "main" house and are on call in case you need anything during your stay. You'll be in complete privacy!

Other things to note
This unique property featured on HGTV's "Most Outrageous Homes" sits on 62 acres and features a great waterslide, waterfall pool, sports courts, campfire pit, fishing, custom built mini golf course, carousel rides, arcades, movie theaters indoors & out, and more.

Rental agreement required at time of booking.
All guests must sign liability waiver prior to arrival. Pool & spa heat is 95/day (or guests can opt to just use spa heat for 55/day). Pool/spa access is until 10:30pm daily unless otherwise arranged.

$400 refundable security deposit (can simply be in the form of a temporary 'hold' placed on a credit card until checkout) is processed the week of check-in.

Please note that there is no circumstance under which pets can be accepted. Since part of the 62 acre property is owner-occupied and the owners have their own 2 yellow labrador retrievers, we also have the right to decline service animals as well. (If you're renting out the *entire* island through our other listing, then pets ARE an option and service animals would be welcome in those rentals).
