'We check in at 7:40 PM, only to be informed that the pool closes at 8:00 PM. The big reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool, for the kids to swim since the weather was terrible. 'Het hotel was nieuw en er zaten wat kinderziektes in (zoals een lekkende badkamer) die wel snel verholpen zullen worden. Voor de rest zag het er netjes en schoon uit. Het Hot breakfast stelt als in vele ketenhotels in de USA niet veel voor. De omgeving is niet echt bijzonder, het hotel is ideaal als tussenstop op een lange reis door de USA.'

'First room had bed bugs, after getting ahold of the front desk the man argued with me that there wasn't bed bugs. Once he sent someone to the room, they saw the blood from previous bugs and the blood from the one my dad killed. They took a picture and finally switched them to a different room. Second room smelt better and was cleaner except the bathroom. Overall I would not recommend anyone staying here at all, spend the extra money and be comfortable and in a clean space.'
