« My son and I came to specifically fish the entire time we were here. We certainly got our fill. The large pond was clear, and fishing was steadily good. We caught a lot of 1 pounders but my son caught his biggest bass ever, a 4 pounder. The time we were in the cabin, it was great. It's a small cabin but comfortable, clean, and actually feels bigger inside. We will be back. »

« This property and the cabin was awesome. Missy was a great host, she gave me very specific and accurate directions on how to find the cabin as google maps will not take you there. Everything about the trip was great. Its a great place to get away and just enjoy God's creation. »

« Absolutely loved this little cabin! Booked it for my birthday weekend for a little reading retreat and it was the best decision ever. The weather was overcast and raining the whole time but we were loving it. The land and trees are breathtaking, the cabin is perfect for 4 and had everything we needed. No oven, but we cooked on the Blackstone all weekend and now I want one of my own. Wifi was slow, but being out that far it is understandable and truly not an issue. Jed was quick to reply to all...

« Cabin was everything we wanted and more! Host even left eclipse glasses and some kids coloring papers with educational info on the eclipse. We had smores that first night with the smores kit host left for us. Deck out back was perfect for the eclipse viewing. Loved the cabin and already making plans to go back. »

We enjoyed our stay and liked the cabin. The road is pretty bad but we managed. The rental car place didn’t have a vehicle available with clearance but we were able to get up there without an issue.
