Lovely 2-bedroom vacation home, each with its own bathroom.
Comfortable living area with an open kitchen equipped with all necessary built-in appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, and a spacious refrigerator with two freezer drawers.
This entirely single-story home features underfloor heating for comfortable warmth during the winter months, with additional heating in the bathrooms.

A lovely, spacious, unfenced garden with unobstructed views, furnished with an outdoor table, chairs, and sun loungers.

You’re also welcome to use the private garden. Here you’ll find the 5-meter swimming pool (open from June through October) and a ping-pong table.
There’s also a private pond with fish (carp), a chicken coop, a beginner’s ;-) vegetable garden, and horses in the adjacent pasture.

We live in the old farmhouse ourselves and are often around to answer questions or offer help when needed.
We really enjoy living here and would love for you to experience that too!



The vacation home is a fantastic starting point for hiking. It’s a wonderful base for both long and short routes.
The immediate area offers hiking trails as well as beautiful bike routes.
Through the woods, past fields, and through small villages. Various hiking and biking maps are available in the cottage.
The hilly landscape ensures there are always amazing views.

Shops are a bit farther away, but in the neighboring town of Montureux-sur-Saône, there’s a bakery and a small grocery store. Vittel is a 30-minute drive away, where more activities are often organized.
But for horse lovers, we’ve also got you covered. Spacious pasture with a shelter or spacious indoor stalls. We’d be happy to provide you with more information upon request.
