« Unique- it is built right over a small river. The view of the river was nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool, clean, was open. Sadly the spa was broken during our stay. The sauna will be a real asset in the harsh Pullman winters. Good breakfast, lots of gluten free options. Comfy beds, nice ac. »

« I was not informed the property was under renovation. The accessible room i had reserved was not available as the entire first floor was closed. I was offered a single bed on the second floor or a king on the third floor. The elevator was broken, as well. I took the king but had to climb the stairs every time. The ice machine on the third floor was broken, so more stair climbing back to the first level. »

« We paid extra for a river view room and we were put in a room on the bottom floor where it’s impossible to see the river because of the bushes. It would have been nice to know this when booking and paying extra that you can only see the river if you are on the third floor or higher. Felt kind of ripped off and false advertising.
