'I really loved staying at the Rothbury. The room/apartment felt like home away from home. Well equipped, comfortable and clean. The building is lovely too, with a prewar hotel charm. Staff was great and attentive. It is very close to Central train station with connection to the airport. Everything was just right!'

'Worst hotel experience ever, front reception was empty upon arrival whereby the lobby was sealed off with a metal gate instead asking to call the number on the door whereby no one picked up. After a significant wait I received the access card for the room, it didn’t work the first time around. After going back down they activated the card which led me to walk in on a n**** women sleeping. Third time around the staff got it right, however the room was anything but what you’d expect. 'Het apartementen-hotel biedt alle mogelijkheden van een (ander) gerenommeerd hotel, maar dan tegen een (veel) lagere prijs. Uiteraard moet je daarvoor wel voor je eigen eten zorgen, maar dat heeft ook zo z'n charmes. Soms wat problemen met internet.'

'All of the staff were really friendly that I spoke to & they also checked in throughout my stay to see if there was anything else I needed. The hotel is centrally located in the CBD and was easy to get to. Inside the room felt spacious, it was clean & the fridge had room to put things in. The pool area had lots of space to relax & was well maintained. '
