'Vier sterren resort op Fraser Island. Auto ingeleverd in River Heads en vanaf daar wordt alles geregeld. Je hoeft alleen maar in de bus / op de ferry te stappen en je koffers staan al in de kamer wanneer je er zelf aankomt. Wij hadden de eenvoudige kamers. Ruim, 1 2-persoonsbed en een 1-persoonsbed. Brandalarm ging snachts af (ja, daar wordt je wakker van!), helaas geen communicatie, al bleek het loos alarm. Het eten is er prima, zowel ontbijt als diner. Excursies zeker aan te bevelen, maar...

'Op doorreis 1 nacht overnacht in Ned Kelly Motel in Maryborough. Het motel doet wat sjofel aan, de accommodatie is wat gedateerd. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk, kamer en badkamer zijn schoon. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is ok.'

'This motel is spick and span. The room, pool and gardens are all well kept, neat and tidy. It looks as if the rooms have been recently renovated. The staff are friendly and helpful. Pub across the road had great meals which was handy as the restaurant was closed due to the festive season But, locals tell me their restaurant is also of a high standard. I would definitely stay there again.'
