'The staff helps you with anything. They are very friendly. Breakfast is great and is all brought to your table.
Rooms are cooled and location is great near Llotja and close to cathedral.
Only negative: Besides the jacuzzi there is no pool so in case you are planning to enjoy a swimming pool in an extended stay I wouldn’t recommend but I would definitely stay again!'

'The hotel has a great location in the center with all the main attractions of the city within walking distance. Besides the location we choose this hotel, because it seemed very authentic and pretty on the pictures and it certainly looks just as nice in real. Everything seems very well maintained without loosing the historic feel of the building. Also the view over the city from the tooftop is amazing.

'Spent 5 nights at Palacio as a couple. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel given the location, the room, and especially the service. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful as they helped us plan several dinner reservations and a day at the beach club (which was amazing). 'Absolutely everything from beginning to end. What wonderful staff especially Alicia all welcomed us to their beautiful hotel. We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. This was easy to do as the hotel is so quiet. We only are out but the breakfast and breakfast room looked very inviting again with amazing staff.

'Wij verbleven voor 3 nachten in hotel es princip. De inrichting van het hotel en de kamers is prachtig en het personeel erg vriendelijk. De rooftopbar//restaurant en het zwembad zijn perfect. Overdag heerlijk als je zin hebt om lekker de relaxen en ‘s avonds perfect om drankjes te doen of een hapje te eten. Verder is het centrum en het strand op loopafstand. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer naar toe gaan. Aanrader!'
