lower level sleeping area was very cold and we could not get the gas fireplace to work. the lights on the lower back patio were burnt out and had to be replaced. The remote for the lower level TV was not working and needed charged. There was no charger found but we did find a battery operated charger after some searching. Some kitchen utensils and skillets had to be washed before using. No instructions on how to use the upper level pellet fireplace so it wasn't used. No instructions on how to use the fun barn heater. Only two chairs for the outside firepit. We enjoyed the fun barn. It does need some TLC, but we spent most of our time in there. A visit from one of your staff did answer some questions on Tuesday evening. He did replace some bulbs and put a bench at the firepit. He did demonstrate how to use the lower level fireplace, but we could not get it to light. Overall, we enjoyed out week despite the issues we had. However, for the price, the maintenance on the home should have been much better and you need to have a binder with instructions on how to use the fireplaces, and the countertop oven.
