They ran out of coffee in the morning during breakfast and we went to the front desk and they told us it’s not their problem and told us to find the staff in the pantry and let them know. We had to ask for a pack and play when we got to our room even though we had requested it before our arrival and they stated they put it in the room notes. « This Hampton is in a great location for us and is a very good value given what you get. The room was extremely comfortable. My wife has sleep issues and she had one of her best night of sleep in a while. Very comfortable beds, pillows and air-conditioning worked very well. One elevator was out of order and the other one was very slow, but other than that we had a perfect stay. »
