'quite, clean, and comfortable. Clear instruction and warm welcome.'

'The property had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room and dining area , and a spacious kitchen. We were visiting the nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.. Our stay was short, but very comfortable.'

'Very nice property centrally located to area activities. House was very clean in a nice neighborhood, and we were provided with well defined instructions for the stay. Rhonda was extremely responsive when I shared concern for area wildfires. So glad I took her advice and continued with my stay because it was exactly as she explained. Really appreciated that conversation. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend.'

'We loved this house for our stay in the area. It had everything we needed to prepare meals, rest, and restore. Also, great guides to the area in the house. We would stay here again.'

'Overall, this was a nice property. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt like there should be a large area rug in the living room so you could sit on it, do yoga stretches, etc. The floors are tile and it would be nice to have some floor space, even for kids to lay on and watch TV. The rug in the living room was very small, not very cushy, and only big enough for the coffee table to sit on. Kitchen was stocked well and we appreciated having some ziploc baggies available.'

'Close to Black Canyon National Park.'

'Great option in Montrose. We used it for a golf trip. excellent!'

'Our stay was fantastic. Very clean home, breathtaking views, fairly close to lots of hiking and a nearby lake for swimming (be careful of burrs). Host was very accommodating and responsive to our messages; lots of supplies left over from previous users too! The only thing to take note of, NOT to deter anyone though, is that there is not a single TV in the home - our group was hopeful to play some Mario Kart in the evenings but ultimately we found fun otherwise with the card games and other games...
