'Staff at check in were extremely friendly. Our three bedroom renovated room was very clean, exactly as the photos, we were very pleased. The indoor heated pool and the squash courts were a bonus that we really enjoyed. The games room for the kids was disappointing that everything besides the table tennis was coming operated, she should be free access for paying guests. 'Price was quite expensive for essentially a room in an attic. Nowhere to fill water bottle up aside from the bathroom (next to the toilet). Reception hours are minimal, in particular checking in time is only an hour, otherwise you have to phone reception and arrange after hours check in. 'The room could have done with a bit more attention to detail o ly one bed was made we had to come home from a wedding and make a bed at the cost we paid I would have expected the beds to be made up,also went hang my clothes and cobwebs inside wardrobe and we would not have sat on the lounge as it was pretty stained.apart from that it was a lovely area the staff at front desk were very nice it was a good little unit but could definately be improved.Id suggest removable covers on lounge so it can...
