'Absolutely stunning hotel, service was impeccable, hedonistic cocktails and superb location.
We stayed for our 1st wedding anniversary, and the entire stay was the best hotel experience I have ever had. From the first contact with the hotel, the service was just outstanding. On arrival, we were blown away by the interiors - beautifully restored and retaining the colourful history of the infamous hotel. The lobby cocktail bar was wonderful and we were there every night - the martinis are strong...

'Hotel with a great interior design and easily located in Chelsea, good spot in order to discover NY by foot or subway.
Very clean hotel and rooms, daily clean-up service as well.
Unfortunately no coffee machine in the room, nor a free bottle of water or anything.
Reception desk mixed our reservation up which caused a bit of uncomfortable situation at first. '
