'Great spacious rooms although the view can't be beaten to be the best thing of it. This is of coarse because it is quite a bit up the hill. Its okay to hike down to the town, but I would want to walk it back up. Better take a taxi for that.'

'I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.'

'We had a fantastic time there, and the staff was amazing. The view is an 11 out of 10. It is rather high up on a very bumpy mountain road, so you won’t want to be going into town and back a lot. We just stayed there for the entire time that we were there and didn’t leave. The food is good but nothing to write home about, and it’s very expensive but it’s pretty obvious why when you realize there are only six rooms and a ton of staff to support it. 'Op deze plantage zit je midden in de natuur van Saint Lucia. Een stuk of 10 huizen en alle faciliteiten, dankzij ook de dagbezoekers. Je hebt een paar wandelingen in de directe omgeving, waarbij een prachtig uitzicht op de Pitons de beloning is. Een auto is handig, maar met lokale bussen kom je ook een eind. '

'Wij zaten niet in het hoofdgebouw, maar in een dependance onder ongeveer 2 minuten met de auto. Gelukkig hadden wij een huurauto; anders is het lastig naar boven lopen voor het ontbijt en diner en andere voorzieningen. Ons uitzicht vanaf onze terras op de Pitons was uitmuntend ! Tot onze verbazing hadden wij geen TV op onze kamer; geen airco maar een plafondventilator, die wel voldoende functioneerde. Waterdruk van de douche was laag, dus het duurde langer om te douchen. Geen WIFI verbinding in...

'Alhoewel de service en het ontbijt in dit hotel niet geweldig zijn, zou ik het zeker aanraden. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en dit hotel is veel goedkoper dan het naast gelegen Hummingbird. Perfect voor heet duiken (duikshop dichtbij).'

'The property is across the road from the water Falls. The pool is nice and picturesque. I recommend bringing food or going shopping as nothing is near by.'

'We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling.'

'We were unable to contact host. I message them and hotels.com several times. We did not receive the check in directions. The phone number did not work. We had to stay at another hotel. We would like a refund. '

'I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...

'Loved our stay at Tet Rouge - the infinity pool with the view of heaven, the view from our apt., the brief rain showers!, the lack of bugs, the service from EVERYONE, the food, the peace, the kindness.'

'Our host was very gracious and helpful. She even provided an electrical outlet converter, so we could easily charge our phones. The unit was very clean and well decorated.'
