'Staff were polite and courteous and gave us a room upgrade on arrival which was unexpected but very nice. Large room, clean with a nice big bathroom, room was nice and warm and had all the amenitrequired for a short stay. Breakfast was very good with quality ingredients, overall it was a very good stay and I would not hesitate to return.'

'Cute place and super close to town.'

'Parking is very convenient and close to the village centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very small and not what was advertised. It had a skylight but no windows. Towel warmer didn’t work. Breakfast hours were advertised for 9-10:30. When we arrived at 10 they told us breakfast was closed, but when I pointed out their own hours listed on the card, they did make us breakfast.'

'The room was spotless beautifully furnished. We had endless tea, coffee milk and biscuits. The staff could not have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble The restaurant and bar was clean and very comfortable. The food was fabulous, well prepared. Added to all this you have a very large car park Would recommend this hotel and give it 10/10.'

'Hidden Gem. Nice old authentic pub annex inn. Courtyard beer garden and several bars in different levels in different styles. Really nice rooms and very pleasant staff. 10/10 recommandations'

'Beautiful grounds and garden. Helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed, tasty breakfast. Only complaint, the front entrance is locked a little early for a Saturday evening, took 2 calls to get the entrance opened. But would recommend.'

'We really enjoyed our brief stay.Such charming staff. My only question would be,please keep fresh milk in the room fridge, for tea in the morning. We would like to come back to stay in one of the thank4 bed lodges, overlooking the lake, next time.'

'Great location on the river, good food and wonderful views. The rooms themselves reminded me of a motel setup. Once inside it was clean and spacious, however we noticed a kitchen setup which upon inspection did not function. The oven and furnace seemed to have been disconnected from power and buttons were removed. Of course, this was no problem as the inn offers amazing food, so why would you cook your own?'

'Extremely disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard expected for a superior room. We had booked a twin room but were initially given a double. When we were eventually moved to the twin room we had actually booked, the condition of it was unacceptable. There was hair across the bathroom, stained bedding, significant dust throughout the room and heavy dirt and buildup around the extractor fan and light fittings. The coffee machine still contained water and used pods from the previous...

'Heel gezellig hotel, heel vriendelijke bediening en lekker eten !'

'Room above the inn. There was a karaoke night in the pub. Looked like a lot of locals and it was fun. Very friendly people. Music stopped somewhere between 23:00 and 23:30. No worries. Inn is located in a small quiet village. Nice to take a walk. Food in the inn was nice as well. We were the only quests but they still took the time. '
