'Beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of old town Lucerne! Close to everything and we could get enough of the view of Jesuitkirche and the chapel bridge across the river from our private balcony. For location and views, would 10/10 stay here again! Tip- the breakfast buffet can be a little pricey, but the service was wonderful and a they offered a great spread or a-La-Carte options. Eating there is a quintessentially Swiss place to start your morning and you won't regret it. '

'Al meerdere malen in het hotel verbleven. Zoals altijd was de service weer erg goed. Dit keer bij aankomst een issue met een rolluik dat niet functioneerde, waardoor de kamer niet goed verduisterd kon worden. In afwachting van reparatie werd binnen een uur het probleem opgelost door verduisteringsgordijnen op te hangen. Top geregeld. Het ontbijtbuffet is ruim voldoende, met ook een spiegelei op bestelling. Locatie is perfect, in een rustige straat en op loopafstand van het centrum van München. '
