'Where do I start? The maintenance crew would be where to start. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink faucet was very loose and moving around, the toilet was running, but my husband fixed that. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles provided. '

'Run down hotel with no microwave, refrigerator or coffee out in the room as stated. The staff was not friendly to my son and his family while they stayed there for 8 nights in the middle of moving from one home to another. They stared at them everytime they went to use the microwave to heat up the food that they had to eat. If they asked for a towel, they would give him one, knowing that there was 4 people in the room. I, paying for the room for them and buying them food that they could cook in...

'All the staff were very helpful. There were nice areas to get together with my colleagues to talk and hang out. The room was very clean and had many options such as a toaster, microwave, stovetop, fridge/freezer, large closet with extra blankets, pillows. The room could maybe use a little upkeep on the paint, but really not bad. I will come back soon for my next business trip.'

'Very clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are elegant with cozy furniture and bedding and great views! I had a golf view room, and enjoyed visiting the courtyard and sitting by the lake. Would highly recommend staying here; it’s safe and friendly for solo travelers and in a great location near the freeway and lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My only gripe was that the hotel tried to charge me for market items (snacks + a bottle of wine) when I hadn’t ordered any. 'The hotel is easy to locate and has plenty of lit parking. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Our 2 queen room "suite" was great. It had a separate couch area to stretch out on which could have been made into a trundle bed. The regular beds were very comfortable. For my taste the bedroom area was a little bit dim on lighting but if you left the large bathroom door open with the light on it was fine. There is a small desk by couch that's well lit. 'The staff were all excellent. From the door greeter to the check in staff and the parking monitor. The room was nice and it was the perfect walking distance to our concert venue. We would stay again.'
