Welcome to your daylight walk - out basement suite with private entrance.

Furnished with 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 Full bath with tub, a full kitchen with dish washer, microwave, fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, most utensils. Large living room with a 2 flat screen t.vs, electric cozy fire place, Direct TV,free WiFi, washer and dryer is available upon request. 2 queen size air mattresses for your use, linens and towls previded. Our swimming pool is for guests only. Open Apr-Nov. weather permitting. We are located minutes away from I-81, VIrginia Tech and Radford Universities, aquatic center, rec center, hiking trails and many shopping centers many dining options nearby as well.

Our salt water pool depth is 7’ with a sitting spa attached. No jests. We try to keep our pool close to 90°.
We strive to make a difference in your stay, we have a 4 hour window between check out and checking in. We thoroughly clean all the bedding, drawers, light switches, door handles, windows, couches, remotes, fridge, sinks, kitchen and bathroom. Pool chairs and more. We use a high tec disinfectant that lasts up to 24 hours as well as Clorox.
We provide, and keep stocked, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and cleaning supplies for your use. Thank you for your inquiry and we can’t wait to host for you!

Perfect for VT Game

We had a great quick stay here for a Virginia Tech game. The property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and living space. We would love to come back and stay when it's warmer so we could take advantage of the inviting outdoor space and pool. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Spot to Rest

This home was perfect for our stay on a long road trip. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space, and had plenty of space inside for our family of five. There were condiments, coffee and creamer pods available. All the essentials were there. We loved that towels were provided for the pool so we didn’t have to leave with wet ones. The views are beautiful.

This walkout basement rental was clean and had everything we needed. I was surprised by how large the living space was - plenty of room to use both air mattresses if needed. The mountain view is beautiful and during warmer weather I would have loved to have my morning coffee by the pool.

The property was clean, modern, and easily accessible. It provided easy access to visit Virginia Tech, but still allowed for a nice stay in a home like environment. Also, the location is located on a hill, so when we woke up in the morning, the view of the sunrise was a great way to start the day.

Very nice basement area for my family of four. Place was clean and tidy with plenty of towels and nice kitchen. Check in was very easy. Communications with the host great. Only took 15 minutes to get to downtown Blacksburg. Would stay again!
