« My university-aged daughter and I recently enjoyed a short stay at the Balm Beach Cozy cottage. The cottage owner was very responsive and flexible in providing us with an early check-in, and a booking that was a couple of days shorter than a full week. We found the cottage to be very clean and well-provisioned with all the essentials that we required. « We stayed here with our 3 young boys. Check-in was easy, the place was very clean with towels and linens provided. We loved having easy access to the beach and added bonus of life jackets and kayaks/paddle boards. We didn’t get to use the fire pits but there were plenty as well as outdoor seating areas.We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come again soon! :) »

« WOW !!! Where do I begin ... The owner is so welcoming and treat his guest like they are part of the family. Very useful and he showed us all the good spot to visit Midland and around. We were there to visit Wasaga Beach but found ourself exploring the motel area instead. Everything you need is there for you. Microwave (ours didn't work well, they immediatly changed it for a NEW one), fridge, BBQ picnic table. Family friendly, continental breakfast included, and a beautiful park right behind the...
