'Breakfast is amazing'

'I specifically asked the receptionist over the phone and in person if the pool and hot tub were working she said yes. Hot tub and pool were open but the hot tub was cold. We asked about it and she said she was aware and there wasn’t anything she could do about it. If she would have told me that I would not have booked the hotel.'

'My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Our suite was large enough and two separate rooms. We had kitchenette two queens and sofa couch. We brought a 50 x 50 inch playpen for our 1 yr old to have enough walking room. They offered a crib we just wanted to use ours. The front desk clerk Ms Amy was the best. Very helpful with navigating the town, restaurants, kid play spaces and tourist events. We stayed in 416 and it was clean and a good size. We are looking forward to staying in best western plus...

'Everything was excellent, except the bed was uncomfortably over-soft and I had trouble sleeping. And the parking lot for this land was sold off to a company that charges $20/day. Is everything about capitalizing gains? The staff is super nice though!'

'Positives: - Large clean room with nice view. - Very clean and upgraded building and amenities. - Staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Need Improvement (but easy to fix): - Pool was a bit chilly. Please warm it up a bit. - No desk in room. Put in a small desk and office chair. - Pillows new and fluffy but not much substance. Get some good pillows. Overall: I would go there again.'

'We had a nice clean room: the bed was very comfortable. We loved the gym, hot tube and pools. Only downside is the neighborhood, there was a dispensary across the street with some shady people. The property was very secure however.'

'Room was nice. Staff was okay. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in, no one was at the desk. I am traveling with my 87 year old mother and having breakfast on site is one of the amenities I want. They advertise "free breakfast "!! There wasn't. Coffee and prepackaged muffins was it. Oh, and vending machines. Asked about it and my answer was, " I don't know. You need to talk to the manager. " I was not happy. I will not stay there again.'
