'We drive 4 hours from Guatemala City to this place the property have no reception we had to wait for the person in charge to get there no toreos o. Pool tv not working I can go on for the money we paid not good '

'The property was right on the beach, which was fabulous. Unfortunately I booked an Ocean view room with air-conditioning, and there’s no such thing. I had to choose between an ocean view or air-conditioning. The staff was incredible. They moved my bags from one room to the next. It was just sad because the ocean view room was gorgeous with a canopy and its own private balcony. But I slept like a baby with the air-conditioning. Because it is extremely hot there.'

'No todas las habitaciones tienen aire, es el techo del rancho tapado con Saran. Piscina salada y pequeña, los baños son mini. Se fue la luz 2 veces y se apagaba el ventilador entonces era mucho calor. No tienen POS se paga en efectivo o transferencia. La comida rica. No hacen limpieza en las habitaciones todos los días, si quieren toalla en la piscina son Q 15 más y las toallas de las habitaciones ya les toca cambio ( manchadas, rotas y deshilachadas) Deberían de poner hamacas en los espacios...
