« Très bien pour une étape dans la région. Accueil sympathique, hôtel bien entretenu. Grande chambre familiale avec un lit double et un canapé lit confortable. Un coin cuisine et une belle terrasse. Salle de bain assez grande avec de bons produits de toilette. Très bon petit déjeuner varié, la 2ème salle de restaurant moins bruyante et plus grande a été apprécié. Nous avons diner au restaurant de l'hôtel, les plats sont bons et les prix corrects. Grand parking devant l'hôtel. »

« Room was lovely, shame the view from the window was a roof. Food good but expensive. Entertainment excellent. There were a lot of over 70 year olds there, so I dont think im ready for that yet. »

« Booked a family quadruple room which is two twins and a double bed in a good sized room, we have booked this room twice in other locations in England and the guy at the front desk gave us a room with a double and a twin, went back and expressed we got the quadruple room and he grunted hummed and hawed before I told him that we had paid for it, showed reservation and expressed we needed the beds for our two Children. « L'hôtel est bien placée au milieu de la ville et possède tout le nécessaire et même plus (piscine) il mérite néanmoins un petit rafraîchissement, notamment du côté de l'espace sport (piscine, salle de musculation..) Je recommande ! »

« Didn't get my cide to get into property had to call hotels.com. The stairs are very awkward with small children. Heating Didn't work correctly gor first three days. Kitchen needs more cutlery ( knife & spoon). »

« The menu was limited, expensive and some dishes were poor. The room “Brewery” was small, limited storage, no fridge, tired decor and UNBEARABLY HOT. However must commend the staff for working through the heatwave. Particular thanks goes to Courtney who was extremely helpful and friendly. In summary hotel should investigate the installation of air conditioning or the use of portable air conditioning units for the summer months. The food menu/prices should be reviewed, The decor in the Brewery...

« The property was well positioned. The Cotswolds are BUSY, so it was great to have somewhere to stay out of the busyness. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was a great size (room 2). No aircon which was an issue in the latest heatwave. The staff did try to help by putting a fan in the room. We used the restaurant for dinner and there was a wide selection of choices. This can also be said about breakfast. »

« Hotel is in good location but on a busy main road the A40 , lorries go passed day and night must have ear plugs , our room a deluxe was facing the main road , was small with shower in bath !! Breakfast was good . »
