The resort is situated in Sottomarina and borders directly on the famous historic town of Chioggia (also known as “Little Venice”). The resort features bungalows, mobile homes, and campsites. In addition to a large pool, there is also a children’s wading pool. Playgrounds, entertainment, and a mini-club are also part of the offerings. The resort borders directly on a gently sloping sandy beach, making swimming in the pool and the sea a varied and enjoyable experience. Dogs are not permitted anywhere in the resort. The resort also features, among other things, a supermarket with fresh fruits and vegetables, a restaurant-pizzeria, a snack bar, a kiosk, and a bazaar—all the amenities you need for a perfect family vacation.<br>The accommodation sleeps up to 4 people and is modern and tastefully furnished. It consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a children’s room with two single beds. The living area is open-concept and features a satellite TV, air conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with pans, dishes, silverware, a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Thanks to the large sliding glass doors in the living area, the space flows seamlessly onto the covered patio with a table and chairs, which is perfect for relaxing. There is a playground where children can run around and play. The drive from the Italian border takes about 3 hours. If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible, as we have several properties of the same style.<br>CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The vacation village is located directly next to the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach and is also very well suited for families with small children. Recreational activities such as water aerobics, stretching exercises, and many other activities.
