'There were positives and negatives. This hotel could be better maintained. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, location is excellent, nice, clean gym, staff was friendly although housekeeping not as responsive as I would have liked. Specifically, I could have easily grabbed a towel from the gym on my way out but asked the front desk for one instead. They said they would send housekeeping up with one. I waited a long time then got one from the person on the floor cleaning the rooms....

'They have thermostats in the room, but they do not work. Heat is always blowing in the room very noisy. You can hear Everybody coming in and out of the rooms next door to you or across the hall you can hear all the neighborhood noises, cars driving by garbage trucks in the good morning or all night long. I was sweating every night
But the staff was amazing very clean breakfast was good. They have a pretty good selection the rooms in the building were very clean.'

'Staff were very friendly and very helpful and the cleaning team were very sweet as well.
The highlight of this hotel is where is located in the downtown area of Philly and exactly 2 minutes walking distance from the reading market.
The hotel is huge and it has a huge capacity for a lot of guest, but the amenities are way too little. Also it’s a bummer that when you’re booking with Expedia or any other third-party, you take the room with the worst view. '

'Excellent breakfast menu, and employees very friendly and helpful. Very popular place so book early seem to be a lot of children using the pool, but it didn’t bother me as I did not use the pool.
Pool is heated and would be a relaxing place turn off hours. In the same parking lot is an Anthony’s pizza which is very popular and an excellent choice to grab something quick and not have to drive.'
