'My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible.'

'My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. 'We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! 'The attention to detail is incredible. Only one of our 4 had ever watched or read Harry Potter, yet we all felt like we must be living it in real life. So as not to spoil the experience, we would just absolutely recommend this rental. 'The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. It is completely private and surrounded by beautiful grounds and nice outdoor kitchen and fire pit. 'Cutest, most comfy place we’ve stayed in a long time! The house was well stocked, very clean, very safe neighborhood. Couldn’t have asked for a better place in Chattanooga. Host was attentive and informative. Definitely a place we’d book again when we come back to Tennessee!'
