Guests have full private access to the entire main floor of the house, including all 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and both the front and back yards.


Please Note:

The basement level of the home is occupied by a long-term tenant with a completely private and separate entrance. There are no shared indoor spaces, so you’ll enjoy full privacy in the main house.

The main entrance, front yard, and backyard are dedicated for your use. The driveway and garage are used by the basement tenant and are located on the opposite side of the property. While both units have their own private entrances, you may occasionally see the tenant in the driveway or near the garage, and some windows from the house may face that area.

The spaces are fully separated, and the tenant lives quietly. You’ll have a peaceful and private stay in the main unit.

The house does have exterior cameras installed, near front door and front of the house. No cameras indoor.

House rules:

Guests will be financially responsible for any type of damages to the property.
* Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
* No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes inside the house.
* If there is evidence of any type of smoking or drugs inside the house, there will be a $500 cleaning fee added to your charges.
* The use of any type of drugs on property premises is prohibited.
* Extra person charges will apply.
