Des Plaines House Description

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable home in Des Plaines — perfect for families, groups, or extended stays.

As you enter the home, you’ll be welcomed by a bright open-concept living and dining area, designed for relaxation and connection. The living room features an electric fireplace and a 65” Roku Smart TV, creating a cozy space to unwind.

The large, fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of room for cooking and gathering. Just off the kitchen you’ll find the room with a pool table, along with access to the attached one-car garage.

From this area, a door leads to the fully fenced backyard, where you can enjoy a comfortable outdoor seating area and charcoal grill, perfect for relaxing evenings.

Pet Fees

✔ $180 – One small pet (under 20 lbs)
✔ $200 – Larger pets (20+ lbs)

Pet Guidelines

👉 Please clean up after your pet at all times. Failure to do so may result in a $100 additional cleaning fee.

👉 Any pet not registered on your reservation will result in an automatic $300 undisclosed pet fee.

👉 Pets must not be left unattended unless properly kenneled or crated. Guests are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets.

👉 As a responsible pet owner, please keep the yard free of pet waste and toys, especially during the summer when landscapers are servicing the property.

Important Notice

* Emotional Support Animals are considered pets under our house policy and must be added to the reservation.

* Service animals are always welcome. Please inform us in advance and let us know what service the animal is trained to perform.
