GREAT LOCATION!It was so convenient to be a few steps away from Michigan Ave bus stops and only a block from the train station. We really enjoyed having Trader Joe's, a gas station, and other restaurants so close. Eleven City Diner was a big hit for my crew. The price was easily a better value compared to hotels in the area when you consider the extra bathroom and living/kitchen space.The condo was tidy and comfortable with all the amenities we needed and more. The shower fixtures could use some maintenance, and there's a "landlord's special" vibe about the paint, but it's easy to overlook when you consider the many other advantages of this space.The attached parking was full (and the ticket booth/gate was broken) during our stay, but we found a nicer and less expensive option at Sky 55 down the block.Overall, I'd definitely recommend it for value-minded families visiting the museum campus.

Great stay!

Had a 3 night stay for college orientation for our son. Not only did this place fit our needs perfectly but the team went above and beyond to help us with parking and street closure issues due to it being nascar weekend. Couldn’t be happier with how things turned out!

The apartment was very clean had all of our needs. Location was great within walking distance of literally everything downtown! Staff was great! Parking was a hassle at timesbut we did get a great discount with our stay because the garage is a separate entity from the apartment building. Overall it was a great stay.

The apartment was nice and clean the only issues i had were the parking in the deck bc i was told it wouldn't be more than $25-$30 to use it when at times i had to pay $40-$70 every time so for the 3 days i was there it cost me almost 400

JW’s place was one of the cleanest, well set up apartments we’ve ever stayed at. The building is older as stated in the description, but this Apt was impeccable. Would gladly stay their again!!

Our stay did not start out well. We got to our room and heater didn't work. I had to text the VRBO listers and they would not call me when I asked them to. They would only text me about the non working heater. They made me feel as if we broke it. They wanted us to check the breaker box, the breaker was fine. My husband went to the front desk people who ran the building and they accomodated us with a heater and had maintance come up right away. Maintenance replaced the unit ASAP (it was a hotel fan unit). After maintenance replaced it the person who rented out the VRBO texted back and said they would send maintenance to fix it. I told them it was already fixed. We did not have a good vibe about the people who rented out the VRBO as they would not have a actuall conversation over the phone to discuss this issue. Also, the front desk people stated that all the apartments were rentals and that we did the right thing by coming to them for assistance. The VRBO renters did not want us to contact the front desk people. That was a red flag for us. The front desk people and maintenance team said it was their job to fix all things broken in the building. The apartment was clean but not as nice as they stated in the add. They tried to make a tired old apartment look updated. The living room furniture was to small and uncomfortable. The building was secure and we felt safe. The area had a nice neighborly vibe. Parking was underground parking under the building and worked out well.

From the moment I booked the property the communication was above and beyond. The hosts were not overbearing, bothersome yet still attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, safety and close enough to several eateries and Grant Park. Will definitely be staying here for future family excursions in Chicago.

Our family had a great stay here. The location is outstanding, easy access to Chicago attractions, fun spot overall! Beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked, and staff is friendly. Great Place!

The property was perfect for our needs, just 1.2 miles from the McCormick Center where we were attending a trade show. Nice walk with a few nice restaurants for our needs on the way there and back. The 2 bedroom/2 bath was perfect for 2 couples. Nice patio to relax on at night and got to know John the maintenance employee, he was always kind and very helpful. Would definitely utilize this location again. Was pleasantly surprised how quiet the apartment was for such a noisy city.

Comfortable, Convenient, and well-located!

We enjoyed our stay for 4 days while dropping off my daughter at SAIC. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the owners well-organized. It was right next to Trader Joes and another grocery store, restaurants, and a short walk to the Field museum,. which we thoroughly enjoyed...but recommend planning the entire day for a visit. The parking cost extra and was really tight getting up it with a truck, but super convenient!
