House Rule: No Additional Guests Allowed
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly request that no additional guests beyond the specified reservation are brought onto the premises. We have set a charge of $50 per person per night for any additional guests staying overnight.

House Rule: No Smoking
To provide a clean and healthy environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. We kindly request that guests refrain from smoking in any indoor area, including the rooms, common spaces, and balconies.

If a guest is found to be in violation of this rule and has smoked inside the property, a charge of $250 will be applied to cover the cost of deep cleaning and deodorizing the space.

House Rule: No Parties
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, we have a strict no-party policy. Parties, gatherings, or events that exceed the maximum occupancy or disturb the tranquility of the property are not allowed.
If a guest is found to be hosting a party or engaging in disruptive behavior, a fine of $200 will be applied.

The fine covers any damages, additional cleaning, or disturbances caused by the unauthorized gathering.

Please note that in the event of a party rule violation, the reservation will be canceled, and immediate eviction from the property will be enforced. No refunds will be provided for the remaining reservation period.

House Rule: Overnight Parking
For the convenience and safety of all guests, we require that vehicles parked overnight be parked in the driveway. Parking on the street overnight is strictly prohibited, as it may result in the vehicle being ticketed by the city.

Please ensure that you do not block the driveway when parking your vehicle. Blocking the driveway can cause inconvenience to other guests and residents.
