'First and biggest issue, if you are visitor of Chiang Mai, this place is way to far from everything you want to see in Chiang Mai. For the same price you can easily find MANY hotels in or near the city center, the night bazaar etc. Even with my motorbike it took everytime 20 minutes to go somewhere I want to see. Also, the room was not that clean. I think you can find much nicer hotel in much nicer area for the same price '
