Property in Westminster Park, Chester, a quiet area 1.5 miles from the city centre. Westminster Park has tennis courts, crazy golf, café, play areas and green space. City centre is 10 mins by car or 30–35 mins walk with cathedral, city walls, The Rows, shops, restaurants and bars. Good road and rail links to North Wales and Cheshire countryside.

Guests can easily explore the area by foot, especially if you are heading to nearby shops or parks. If you prefer to use public transport or your personal car, Chester City Centre and nearby attractions are just a short distance away.

Parking is available on the drive.

For stays of more than 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service helps ensure the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays.
The cost of the mandatory mid-stay clean is £120, which includes general cleaning, fresh bed linen, and replacement towels.
Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for the mid-stay clean.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog per stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend and kindly ensure they are supervised and that any pet waste is disposed of appropriately.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly.

Please be quiet during 23:00 to 07:00 to respect the neighbours.
Please respect quiet hours between 11pm and 7am.

Please ensure the key is placed back in the lockbox whenever you are not in the property or on departure.
Failure to do so may result in us being unable to access the property, and a locksmith fee will be charged.
