Cheshire Escapes presents Jasmine Cottage, a beautifully renovated two-bedroom property which has been thoughtfully renovated to create a bright, welcoming home with contemporary interiors and all the essentials for both short breaks and longer stays.

The living area features a plush sofa and armchair alongside a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring Chester.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area provides everything you need to cook and dine at home, including a double oven, with one oven also functioning as a microwave, electric hob, tall fridge/freezer and essential cookware.

We also provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to help you settle in.

Bedrooms & Bathroom
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table, providing plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.

This property is ideally located in the heart of Chester city centre, close to shops, cafés, restaurants, and attractions. The area blends historic charm with a lively atmosphere.

Chester Racecourse is about a 5-minute walk away, the Roman Walls 5–10 minutes, the River Dee around 10 minutes, and Grosvenor Park 10–12 minutes, making it an ideal base for exploring the city on foot.

Parking is right next door to the property! There is an additional car park to the rear and a bus stop just one minute around the corner; also with easy access to train station!

As with many Victorian properties, the staircase is slightly steeper than those found in modern homes. Most guests find it perfectly manageable, but if you have any mobility concerns, please get in touch prior to booking.

For stays of more than 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service helps ensure the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays.
The cost of the mandatory mid-stay clean is £90, which includes general cleaning, fresh bed linen, and replacement towels.
Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for the mid-stay clean.

Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional hourly charge.

To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Please note also that this property features a ground floor bathroom.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog per stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend and kindly ensure they are supervised and that any pet waste is disposed of appropriately.
Please note that the property does not have a garden or secure outdoor space for dogs. However, there are plenty of nearby walking routes and green spaces, including Grosvenor Park, which is perfect for exercising and exploring with your four-legged companion.
Please keep the noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am to respect the neighbours

No smoking in the property

Please ensure the key is placed back in the lockbox whenever you are not in the property or on departure.
Failure to do so may result in us being unable to access the property, and a locksmith fee will be charged.
