'The Bookhouse is a wonderful concept! Prioritizing books, making them accessible everywhere, is delightful. There were adventurous and playful touches, including the secret hide-away on the first floor, behind a bookcase. Housing a hotel in a very old house is another terrific choice. The restoration process is clearly in progress; it's understandable that it's a long-term project. Drawbacks were largely fixable. Whatever scent is used in the house, apparent on the threshold, overwhelming...

'old, not clean, holes on carpet. Our original room had the lock on the door that was installed incorrectly and did not work. We changed rooms, and our new room the shower was broken, the bathtub didn't work. The carpet had holes everywhere.'

'My wife and I regularly sneak away to the exton hotel and conference center place bc it’s close by and has a pool for when mommy and daddy need some very alone time. Place is great'

'When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.'

'Kamer was schoon en de indeling was ideaal voor ons gezin. Woongedeelte voor de kids en de aparte slaapkamer voor de ouders. Het hele hotel zag er netjes uit. Het ontbijt was klein, maar wel goed. Koffie, muffins, fruit, cornflakes en chocolademelk. Het was allemaal vers. Het terras buiten was ook voorzien van dikke kussens om op te zitten. Wasruimte was ideaal. In het zwembad lagen drie dode insecten, dat was het enige minpuntje. Ik zou dit hotel zo weer boeken.'

'Hotel was in a decent location, place was clean, staff was helpful. Only complaint was the showerhead in our room was very uncomfortable to use. Very strong sprays/water flow. Also, didn't like the room photos. Looked dark and deary. Otherwise, a decent hotel for vacation/outing. Drove from 10 hours away for stay here for several days near Philadelphia. Came to sight-see the East Coast and city, and to see Sight and Sound Theatre - Joshua. Very enjoyable events/places to see and recommend to...

'We had a great experience at this hotel! Hotel was very convenient to lacrosse tournament location. Very clean, quiet, easy free parking, comfortable bed and even the free breakfast was great - offered many choices and was well-stocked. Would definitely recommend this hotel!'

'The property was very flexible. We were there for a tournament and they allowed and early check in and a late check out. They were very friendly. Property is close to many restaurants and grocery stores.'

'Great value near Philly airport. Extremely clean and well-maintained; bed was especially comfortable and bar of Dove soap was a nice treat! Keyless access to the lobby and room worked flawlessly via code provided by the hotel. Breakfast is basic continental (as advertised); the bagels were much better than the usual stale variety at many other breakfast bars. Would definitely stay again.'

'Bathroom and bed was clean. But the property is showing wear and tear. Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned and we had a fogged window that you could not see out. Front desk person was nice. Just time for a remodel.'

'A wonderful, clean room with a refrigerator, microwave, and even glasses, which we used to drink champagne in honor of my birthday. The breakfast was delicious and varied. I highly recommend this hotel.'

'I loved this hotel…the only thing I disliked was that you could heard conversations in the next room as if they were sitting in front of you. VERY thin walls. The hot breakfast was wonderful with many options and they had a spacious and clean breakfast room. Bedding was also very comfortable.'
