"The bathroom was filthy and disgusting, unbelievable! My wife and I washed ourselves with a hand towel, we didn't dare put our feet in the bath. The hand towel was filthy, unbelievable! The walls were missing paint. When we left the next day, I informed management and barely received an apology. I even wasted time going to show them the mess, at their request. They didn't even have the courtesy to offer me a minimal refund. The cleanliness of the rooms is the owner's responsibility. At least the beds were comfortable. I rented 37 rooms in two months, and this one was among the two worst. I have photos to support this, but I don't see how to attach them. I don't think it's possible. "
