The Setting
Creeksong sits in a pristine waterfront setting along Fightingtown Creek, one of the signature trout streams in the Blue Ridge area. The cabin is surrounded by more than 1,000 feet of rushing creek frontage, creating a sense of privacy and immersion that is hard to find.
This is a true mountain creek experience. The water is visible from every room, the sound of whitewater carries throughout the property, and the outdoor spaces are tucked among old forest, large trees, and natural creekside beauty.
The cabin faces east and sits at approximately 1,950 feet elevation, making mornings especially peaceful. Enjoy coffee on the deck, watch the creek move through the trees, or spend time exploring the outdoor “rooms” and natural paths around the property.
Inside the Cabin
Inside, Creeksong offers a warm and comfortable mountain-cabin feel with space to gather, cook, relax, and unwind.
The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for four, comfortable living area, full bathroom, gas-log fireplace, and a 55-inch TV with satellite, DVD, and Netflix. Fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi makes it easy to stream, work remotely, use Wi-Fi calling, or stay connected as needed.
The main level also includes a ping pong table, which replaced the former pool table, along with a family game cabinet for quiet evenings or rainy-day fun.
Sleeping Arrangements
Creeksong sleeps up to four guests comfortably, with two king bedrooms plus a sleeping loft.
Both king bedrooms are located upstairs on the second level. The primary king suite includes a sitting area with beautiful creek views, a 32-inch TV with satellite and Netflix, and double doors leading to a large deck.
The sleeping loft includes two twin beds and is also located upstairs. The upstairs bathroom features a tub/shower combo and double vanity.
Please note that all bedrooms and the loft are upstairs.
Outdoor Living
Creeksong’s outdoor spaces are the heart of the property.
The hot tub is located on the screened porch creekside, offering a protected, peaceful place to soak while listening to the water. Down by the creek, the outdoor fire pit sits about 15 feet from the whitewater, creating a memorable setting for evening gatherings under the trees.
Guests can also enjoy the flagstone patio, picnic table, outdoor seating areas, gas grill, creekside exploring, and trout fishing right out the back door. Native brook and rainbow trout can be found in the creek, making this a special spot for guests who love fishing and natural water settings.
Access to the Benton MacKaye Trail is just a short walk from the doorstep, and the Cashes Valley area offers convenient access to horseback riding, zipline tours, tubing, rafting, hiking, scenic drives, and other North Georgia adventures.
