'Perfect apartment: cosy, clean and a perfect location right at Place du Forum. And unlimited support from the owner with information about restaurants, things to do and answering questions. She would do anything to make our stay unforgettable. At arrival we didn’t have electricity in one bedroom. Within 15 minutes the owner arranged that the technician was there to fix it. I recommend this apartment to anyone.'

'The apartment was clean and tidy but very hot, there were two fans in the bedrooms but they weren’t very effective No lift and very steep spiral stairs to navigate get to the third floor, this would be ok if you had a small suitcase which we didn’t, ours were over 20kg each which made it a struggle to get them up to the room The apartment is in a good location with convenient parking'

'Could have been better. Great location for sure! Quiet and easy to find. Just know you have to push hard on the first door to open it. It would also be good to know it is on three floors, with only a bathroom upstairs, with stairs that can be challenging for older people. The bedroom downstairs smells like humidity and the sink was really slow to evacuate. The dishwasher had dirty dishes from prior visitors. There was no trash bag in the trash, no papertowels either. 'This small apartment in an ancient building in Reims’ university area is a surprisingly stylish and functional renovation of the second floor (what we call it in the U.S. — premiere etage to everybody else). We enjoyed the neighborhood, which put us in walking distance of the wonderful Cathedral and some lively small restaurants and Champagne bars'
