Welcome to Independence at Lake Chelan Lookout! Located on Vineyard Park close to both swimming pools, Independence features a wraparound porch with chairs and padded couches, and a secluded patio with outdoor dining and lounging. The home features a private hot tub with Bluetooth sound, dual hotel-grade gas heaters on the deck, a Traeger® Pro Series grill, Adirondack chairs, and a private gas fire-pit for roasting s’mores or keeping warm.

Inside you’ll find a well-stocked kitchen with Keurig and Nespresso machines, GE Profile appliances, and an industrial-grade ice maker to keep your coolers and boat stocked throughout your stay. For holidays and special events, baking essentials, roasting pans, steak & chefs’ knives are ready to meet your needs.

The modern kitchen features an expandable dining table which seats eight, and there is seating for three more at the bar. The living room features a gas fireplace and a 55” smart TV. Plenty of room to relax on the L-shaped couch, wingback chairs, and cushioned window seats which all boast views of Vineyard Park.

The 1st floor master bedroom overlooks Vineyard Park, has a 5-piece en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and dual shower-heads. The king size memory foam mattress and hypoallergenic pillows make for a comfortable night’s sleep.

Upstairs features two queen bedrooms, each with an en-suite 4-piece bath. The 4th bedroom is a bunk-room with two sets of twin bunk beds and a memory foam pullout couch. Also included is a full-size crib with a hypoallergenic mattress and pack ‘n play for the little ones. Hair dryers are included in all bathrooms, including the master bath.

There are smart TVs in the living room and in each of the 4 bedrooms. Each TV is loaded with plenty of streaming services to use: YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, HBO, and Amazon Prime Video. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet allows streaming from anywhere, including your personal devices.
Take advantage of all the amenities The Lookout has to offer including outdoor and indoor swimming pools, parks, playgrounds, pickle-ball, basketball, and bocce ball courts, lakefront access, a marina, and more. Independence does not allow pets.
