« Clean. Didn’t use the pool as was put all day but the rooms were very clean and well equipped. »

« The host of the ara palace was very helpful, and said many times if u need anything she would be there to help. Towels are small but functional, everything was what I expected. There is a washing machine but u must hang dry ur clothes, there is racks to us in your room. The location was good. If u want to spend 3 times as much to get closer to the ocean u can. It's a mile walk to to peer in jeju city. 10 minute walk to Dongmun market. Fun place to visit, the beaches are nice and there's so much...

« Decent enough for the price. There were a few pots and pans available though they weren’t in the best shape. The a/c unit didn’t turn on at all unfortunately and the bathroom needs some work with very rusty hinges and the bidet didn’t work either. Good enough for someone needing a spot to sleep, bus stops within walking distance and a few restaurants that seemed good but were closed when I went to try them. »

« The check in was a bit confusing as I didn’t receive the online check in link, but the room was amazing! It was spotless. I loved the touch ups of the room with the color palette and the decorations. It’s well equipped with ridiculous storage space, a small kitchen (with cleaning tool), laundry (with detergent) and a bidet. It’s within walking distance to the main shopping street. It’s suitable for long term stay. I’d stay here again. »

« Need to purchase own cooking utensils and garabages bags, if you want to utilize the kitchen. Do reach out if you need towels or else they'll tell you to throw away garabages yourself. »
