It is next to a swimming area, and has a washing machine that guests can use (may have to wait for others). My room was overlooking the rubbish area so I got woken up each 6amish by the rubbish truck, but I really didn't mind given the quality of the room. The receptionist only spoke Korean, but was very helpful anyway. There is a 24 hour convenience store, along with a couple of nearby food options.'

"The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. Beds were very small, eventhough we booked a twin room, you expect at least a 180 cm bed. And the bathroom is very outdated - a shower in bathtubโ€ฆ We are not returning to this hotel! "
