Hôtel Cheena Kotuwa, Galle

« Tres bel hotel, pres de la mer, avec une magnifique piscine, de grande chambres avec balcon. Le déjeuner est varié et delicieux. Le personnel est tres gentils, c'était l'anniversaire de mon conjoint et ils on mis des fleurs et petales de fleurs dans la chambre et sont venus nous porter un gâteau avec bougie sans que je le demande une belle attention apprécié ! On est en plein centre de la ville avec de bons restaurants tout pres! Vraiment exceptionnelle comme hotel et pour le prix! Seul...

« This place is a dream, the domain is so beautiful and well maintained. Room was super nice and well designed. The infinity pool is absolutely magical. Only a couple of things to note, it’s quite remote so tuktuk fees are to be expected (don’t book via hotel to avoid paying double) and restaurant serves expensive fusion food only. »

« Amazing hotel. Great staff, very boutique feeling with amazing decoration (balinese style). We stayed with our 3 children (9,7,2) in a family room, room 206, and the hotel felt perfect for kids. The pool has a shallow area, the beach area is safe and the hotel lended us some bodyboards for our older kids to play with in the sea. Note that the bedroom balcony doors do not close 100% by design so you will heqr the waves at all time (which we liked to go to sleep) but it may not be for everybody....

« We enjoyed quietness of the location even though it is close to get to Hikkadua. Love to sit at the pool and seeing all the rice paddies. The owner tried very hard to make us feel comfortable and did a great job! »

« I can't imagine there being a better place in Galle. Peaceful. Quiet. Lovely owner. She was so nice to us, my wife was pregnant and even let us stay a bit longer whilst we waited for our taxi as she wasn't feeling well. What a lovely human being! We were welcomed with drinks and a hotel towel. Breakfast was amazing. Staff are really nice. Highly recommend. »

« I had a really wonderful time at Tabula Rasa. Felt like the staff couldn’t do enough to ensure my stay was perfect. The location is stunning. It is worth being located up hill in the peace and quiet, and so easy to pop out in a tuk tuk. The food was really good, I expected to eat out more but, I’d often crave the chef’s dhal! I was able to eat really good plant based meals without getting bored of the menu. The chef would come out to chat, and was very keen to ensure I enjoyed the food. All...
