'As an international traveler I met with difficulty to connect myrnrt phone properly to the internet but it may have been issue with the phone...except that it connected to other places that I tried it. Front desk says it's maybe a satellite issue....dunno...but other than the trip was good.'

'The first night we stayed, we were in the first building. It was beautiful and clean. I was traveling with a service dog and the next night, we were moved to a “pet friendly” room. What a downgrade. This room was located in the 2nd building. It smelled horribly of dirty dog and there were only what I could assume to be long term residents out working on their vehicles in the parking spaces right next to our room. The breakfast is literally packaged muffins and bananas. The upside was each room...

'The room was absolutely disgusting! The room and bathroom was FILTHY. They seem to care more about maintaining the outside of the building and not the room. It’s also very outside. The front desk guy was very nice but the place is terrible. The pool is also closed. I’m almost certain there was no breakfast as advertised. '

'I have never been so disappointed. I also have never left a hotel and not stayed after paying. My husband parked I went in got room (lobby looked nice) she gave us *** we went upstairs card didn't work (thankfully) because the room was occupied already! We were irritated (11pm) my husband went back down to get it changed they gave us *** we walked in I stopped because I saw trash all over floor. He walked in the bed was stripped piss stains all over mattress. By this time he was hot!!...

'This property is in sub-standard conditions for the most part. They have deluxe rooms that are okay, yet the other typical rooms have security issues. You literally can see cracks in the door frames, its water damage everywhere, walls need to be repainted, open circuits with active wiring hanging out of them, and the worst experience was seeing two rats run across my floor. The staff was generally nice and helpful, but the property itself can definitely use an upgrade. '
