'Cleaning staff slow to Clean room'

'They need to clean the rooms better our bathroom had an odor and the carpet was very dirty.'

'I ordered a room refresh, light cleaning, but they didn't do it. Forgot some personal items in one of the dresser drawers. I called the hotel the same day I checked out to let them know. Called the next day and they were not able to tell me if they found them. Called again and they told me they were going to ask housekeeping. Same story as the day before. That makes you wonder how well they clean the rooms.'

'My husband and I stayed here for several weeks in one of the Villas, and we put some friends up in the main hotel. There were many small annoyances such as the poorly designed drains in the showers that require a call to maintenance every 2 days to clean, but I will focus on the big stuff. On the last night that our guest stayed in the main hotel, the ceiling in her room leaked everywhere due to a burst toilet pipe from the room above. It rained all over her clothing and laptop, ruining her...
