« Plumbing problems at this unit.... maintenance addressed the toilet however we didn't realize the tub was also clogged until after hours leaving one of us unable to shower as the standing water never drained »

« Communication with the host was great, quick and clear responses throughout the process. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make the trip due to extremely poor road conditions, even after trying to drive there. We are from west Michigan, and while we understand “up north” Michigan weather can be unpredictable, the strict no-refund policy was disappointing given the circumstances. Even a partial refund or credit toward a future stay would have gone a long way in making the experience feel fair and...

« We enjoyed being so close to the town and all the activities! We could walk to the pier for sunsets and to town for dinner and shopping. The place had lots of room to settle in and enjoy . The Weathervane restaurant is just out our door . Highly recommend this ! »
