'The condo was well maintained, and thoughtful in every detail of supplies and comfort! The bay view and patio was picturesque for watching boats and birds! The location to the main center of town was excellent! Restaurant & adventure suggestions were spot on fabulous! Would highly recommend Edge Water Inn and our specific condo 102.'

'This unit was very clean and comfortable. We loved the fireplace and view of the water. It had all the amenities we wanted. We would stay there again.
We were disappointed that the hot tub was under repair and the one treadmill was broken - we understand that can happen though. '

'Great location! Close to beach and downtown. Condo has been mostly remodeled. New furniture, cute but also tastefully done nautical theme. Nice to have 2 sofa beds! Bathroom was a little rough. Dated and worn faucets, shower, knobs etc. Mattress was very hard. Screened in porch was a little dirty and there was a rotten smell outside. Maybe gas? No table/chairs to sit at to play games, eat, work etc. Pool was not heated for summer and there were some repairs needed but functional. It was a...

'Staff was AMAZING. Great location! However, the room wasn’t ready until 5 and we just rode in on motorcycles in the rain. Also, if I was one of the owners of the property, I would be upset at the outdated facilities, such as the pool and the hot tub. It stated online the pool was heated. I don’t think that was the case.'
