TRASH PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS

- If your stay includes Thursday night, we'd appreciate it if you could place the bin at the curb Thursday evening.

- The trash bin is located on the left side of the house, next to the shed.

CLEANING & EASY CHECKOUT

- Enjoy your getaway to the very last moment. No need to wash dishes or strip the beds. Our cleaning team will take care of the cleanup!

- Before you head out, please place bagged trash in the outdoor bins, turn off lights and small appliances, check for personal belongings, and lock the door.



HOUSE RULES

- Check-in: After 4:00 PM.

- Check-out: Before 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may incur a $250 fee. Additional charges may apply if the delay impacts the next reservation or our cleaning schedule.

- No smoking or vaping inside the property. A $250 fee may apply if evidence of smoking or vaping is found.

- No pets allowed. Guests who intentionally bring an unauthorized pet onto the property will be considered in violation of our House Rules. We reserve the right to contact Airbnb Support, request that the reservation be terminated, require the guest to leave the property, and no refund may be issued as a result of the violation.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

- No illegal activities are permitted on the property.

- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

- For security purposes, identity verification may be required prior to check-in, including a valid government-issued photo ID.

- Please promptly report any damages or maintenance issues.

- We’ll take care of normal cleaning after your stay. Please treat our home with care. An additional fee of up to $250 may apply only if the home is left excessively dirty and requires extra cleaning beyond normal use.

- Your safety matters. This property features one exterior floodlight security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera faces outward and does not look into interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion and will be on during the duration of your stay
