    "MOUNTAIN TO SEA" is een luxe huis met 5 slaapkamers / 3 volledige baden en een van onze meest unieke eigenschappen op Folly Beach! Geniet van een adembenemend zicht op de oceaan en gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand direct aan de overkant van de straat! Gelegen gunstig 4. 5 blokken van Center Street, waar u alle gezellige winkels, restaurants en "beachy" bars zult vinden.

    Het hele huis is gebouwd in een cirkelvormig ontwerp, dus alle kamers zijn uniek met grote open ruimtes en veel licht met veel grote ramen die zo mogelijk zijn gepositioneerd voor het meest schilderachtige uitzicht op de oceaan. Dit huis (SLEEPS 10) is zorgvuldig ontworpen en vol van karakter. Het beschikt over prachtige hardhouten vloeren door het hele huis en aangepaste betegelde badkamers. "Mountain to Sea" beschikt over goed ontworpen meubels en inrichting in strandthema. Geniet van 2 OVER-SIZED PORCHES op de begane grond en boven de Master Bedroom terwijl u ontspant met uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan. Het uitzicht op de zonsopgang uit de slaapkamer is ongelooflijk! Alle matrassen zijn onlangs vervangen, inclusief een 100% schuimmatras in de master!

    Er is een volledig uitgeruste, ruime, high-end keuken met op maat gemaakte kasten, granieten aanrecht, roestvrijstalen apparaten en 5-pits gasfornuis. Er is plaats voor 8 rond de eettafel plus 4 extra barkrukken op het aanrecht. De grote open woonkamer biedt zitgelegenheid voor iedereen, plus extra ruimte voor extra activiteiten. Daarnaast biedt het huis voldoende parkeergelegenheid, een 3-pits Weber GAS GRILL en een CHARCOAL GRILL. Toegang tot fietsen, strandstoelen en een spelgame met cornhole vindt u in een beveiligde berging beneden.

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of rooms and beds. Plenty of dishes and cookware. We had a great time and beach access was right across the street. If I had to complain about something, it would be the front steps, they were quite steep and a bit rickety.

We had an absolute blast. Beach access directly across a small street. A cute, 10-minute stroll will get you to town. The layout of the house was great. Our party of 9 had plenty of room to spread out or sit together and be cozy. Thank you so much for hosting.

Family Beach Vacation for 4th of July week

Mountain to Sea is a great house. Spacious and unique layout, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Kitchen was well stocked, and the location is perfect - directly across the street from a beach access with no parking lot, so this part of the beach is not overly crowded, even on high demand 4th of July. We would stay here again.

Holiday weekend

We greatly appreciated the space of this home. The bedrooms were very large and the living area accommodated our full group easily. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy to make meals. The direct beach access across the street was very convenient.

Nice Stay

The house is very conveniently located, just a few steps from the beach. The spacious layout of the home suited our family really well and we enjoyed cooking, eating, and hanging out together. The front porch was nice for relaxing and reading a book.

Perfect Location

The house is located a quick walk from the beach which is perfect with families with children. The center street shopping is a short walk (less than 1/2 mile). House has large rooms and a very generous kitchen.

Heaven on earth!

Came to Folly for a wedding and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room and within walking distance of The Tides and Center Street. Nicolle from the management company was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions quickly. We had one very minor issue and she took care of it immediately. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again

Wonderful as always!

We have rented this home many times and as always had such a wonderful vacation here. The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need for a week at the beach. Great location right across from beach - and far enough from the center of Folly to be quiet and provide lots of beach space while also being close enough to walk to the Pier or the County Park end. What a sweet stay! The house has everything one would want/need, including a gas and charcoal grill. Kitchen is huge and super well equipped. Wonderful beach house!

Our families from FL and VA were so pleased with our accommodations! Everything was just as it was pictured on line, clean, roomy, and cozy! I absolutley love this property! The size of the rooms and the lay out of the house lent well to our family having plenty of space and privacy when needed. The kitchen is stocked with tons of glassware, great pots and pans and coffee mugs galore. The living room is open and had great extra large couches for hanging out. The walk to the beach is super convenient and it was a bonus to have boogie boards, chairs and bikes at our disposal. I will come back here every year! Overall a great stay!

Only 2 concerns. 1. Room with single bed has a full bed, not a queen. It is not consistently described on the web site. I was thinking it was a queen. 2. The coffee pot is a drip pot and there were no filters. Need the basic filters and not the cone filters. When I reached out to the Rental Co. they did not know what kind of coffee pot was there. It is helpful to know ahead of time. Basically our stay was great and the rental co. was very responsive.

Would rent again!

Our trip included myself, mom and sister-in-law to visit my daughter who attends C of C. We all agreed this was a great house for us. The three of us each had our own bedroom with adjoining bath. Our daughter and a friend joined us for some overnights and we easily hosted "family dinner" for them. Kitchen had plenty of dishes to prepare meals for a larger group and a beautiful wood dining table for games post-dinner. Laundry facilities kept the packing light. It's less than one mile walk to downtown Folly Beach and has public access to the beach across the street. Could not have asked for a better location! We were there during Hurricane Helene and were without power for almost 12 hours. While the rental company could not do anything about that, they did respond to my texts and were very easy to communicate with. I do wish they had flashlights available for renters for this situation. I was trying to conserve my cell phone battery so was reluctant to use the phone flashlight and unable to find flashlights. Another detail to add to the wish list is to have beach towels for us to use. We were notified in advance that they didn't provide them so we had to pack our own which was clunky traveling via plane. Please don't let these minor details deter you from renting. It's a great set-up for many people with comfy beds, couches and porch chairs.

Family beach vacation

First I’ll start with the negatives. 1. The chairs for the dining room need to be replaced. The middles are all broken down and very uncomfortable to sit in. 2. The front steps to get into the house can be difficult for someone with mobility issues, but we knew this going in. Now for the positives, which drastically outweigh the negatives. 1. The location. The beach is right across the street and a cross walk to the beach is right by the house. It was wonderful to be able to go for a morning beach walk and break up the beach day a few hours at a time. With the proximity to the beach, we were able to back to the house for food and the bathroom. Given this was a family beach vacation, location was the most important thing and this house delivered! 2. The house is very clean. I have rented from Vrbo a lot and a clean house is the most important thing for me. This house was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. 3. The house is very well equipped. Plenty of kitchen stock, very generous with paper products and laundry/dish cleaning supplies. Plenty of pillows for the beds, so everyone can pick the right one for them. 4. The main area of Folly with shops and restaurants is within walking distance and we also rented a golf cart for those that didn’t want to walk. Restaurants were all delicious! Bert’s is great for convenience, but very expensive, so I would recommend shopping at Publix off the island. 5. The management company was great! Very responsive! Loved this house!!!

Excellent house

We loved this house. You can see ocean views out of most of the windows. It is directly across from the beach access. You can tell the owners loves this house. The furniture is very nice, and it's stocked with everything you need. It was also very clean. We come to Folly several times a year and stay in different homes. This one may just be our fav!

Wedding Stay

Rented this property for a family wedding in Charleston. Excellent accommodations, beach access right across the street, 10 minute walk to downtown Folly and 25 minute drive to Charleston. We had family in from Europe and they loved the place.
